Cancellations & Returns

Per Israel's Consumer Protection Law: • Cancel within 14 days of receipt or disclosure document (whichever is later). • Persons with disabilities, seniors (65+), new immigrants: 4 months. • Cancellation fee: 5% of price or ₪100 (the lesser). • Product must be unused, in original packaging. • Return shipping costs borne by the customer, except for defective/incorrect items. • Non-returnable: custom-made, food, unsealed hygiene items, opened recording media. • Refund within 14 days via original payment method. • Defective products: full refund, no cancellation fee.
