Cancel a purchase

You can cancel a purchase made on this site within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction document, whichever is later, under Israel's Consumer Protection Law. Senior citizens (65+), people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel within 4 months if the purchase included a conversation with our representative.
